Time Frame for Returns
Our policy allows for returns within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if more than 7 days have passed since you received your item.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
The product must not be on-demand products.
Returns Due to Quality Issues
In the case of a manufacturing defect or quality issue, Social Buzz Studio will resend the product at no additional cost to the customer.
Customers must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect within 7 days of receiving the item for review and approval.
Once verified, a replacement item will be shipped to the same delivery address used in the original order.
If the customer prefers a refund instead of a replacement, they must return the defective item following our standard return procedure. The refund will be processed after inspection and confirmation.
Initiating a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email our customer service team at socialbuzzagencycrm@gmail.com. Your email should include:
Your full name
Order number
Reason for the return or refund
Pictures of the product’s condition
Return Process
After we receive your email, a customer service representative will contact you with the return address and instructions for sending the product back to us. Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We do not offer free returns, nor do we cover the shipping costs to return the product. This is responsibility of the costumers. All returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Mexico or China.
Returns Due to Sizing Issues
If the return is due to a sizing issue, the customer is fully responsible for the return. All our products include a size chart to help you select the correct size before purchasing.
Refund Approval
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. The inspection process may take a few days to ensure the product meets our return policy criteria.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

By purchasing a subscription, you gain access to the CRM platform and its features immediately after activation.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
We offer a 7-day refund guarantee from the date of the initial purchase.
To qualify for a refund:

After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable.
